Motorcycle Accident

The defendant pulled out from a stop sign directly into the path of our client who was the helmeted operator of his 2004 Harley.  The client suffered a complex pelvic fracture, a shoulder fracture and other serious injuries.  He was flown by Lifeflight to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.  After an extended period of treatment and extended negotiations we succeeded on obtaining a settlement in the high six figures.
